about

Intended to write a track about the character of the Head Nihilist In Charge. Got sidetracked & paraphrased Nietzsche instead. Sort of.

Okay, so maybe Black Sabbath meeting up with Clyde Stubblefield & Heart was a weird trip to begin with. Why not throw the Original Ubermensch into the mix? I mean, as long as we're reinterpreting the classics...

You know, it's one of those times Bob Dylan was talking about when he told a press conference "I just write a song & I know it'll be alright. I don't even know what it's gonna say." Sometimes it says a lot, sometimes it says nothing. Once in a while it says "nothing" a lot.

Nietzsche ended up in the asylum, but kept his toes intact. He always said that thinking your own thoughts was a lonely job. I say something different:

Smoke in the tub. Beware the marmot. Guard your Johnson.
